The Creator Manager will lead the development and execution of creator-led content strategies across various campaigns and brand initiatives. This role involves designing content frameworks, managing and engaging creators, optimizing partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of creator-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and creator partnerships, with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
What You’ll DoI. CREATOR CONTENT STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
1. Developing Creator-Led Content Strategies
- Develop and execute creator-driven content strategies for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide creative direction and suggest content ideas tailored to different brand narratives and audience segments.
- Design toolkits, creative frameworks, and content guidelines to support creator-driven campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behavior, and content innovations to refine strategies.
2. Collaboration with Brand & Product Teams
- Align creator content with overall marketing and product strategies.
- Track and report on creator performance within brand campaigns.
II. CREATOR MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
1. Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to onboard and nurture mid-tier, nano, and micro creators.
- Expand and maintain a strong creator network aligned with brand campaign objectives.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing strategic support, engagement opportunities, and personalized guidance.
- Identify and onboard new talent through industry events, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate creators’ content style, audience engagement, and performance metrics for brand alignment.
2. Creator Training & Support
- Organize and conduct livestream sessions and workshops for creator onboarding, training, and content development.
- Provide ongoing support, creative direction, and performance optimization tips for creators.
- Act as a key liaison between creators and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
3. Contract & Partnership Management
- Review and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to drive strategic collaborations.
- Manage relationships with influencer agencies and creator platforms.
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize for commercial success.
III. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT
Content & Campaign Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze creator content performance, providing reports on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Compile daily and campaign-level reports on key metrics, including creator engagement and content impact.
- Gather and analyze creator feedback to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor rankings and detect fraudulent activities using creator software tools.
Content Moderation & Compliance
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify and escalate violations or non-compliant content as needed.
Reward & Payment Management
- Oversee creator reward distribution and detect anomalies.
- Process payments upon final brand approval.
- Manage voucher and redemption logistics, including tracking and fulfillment.
Social & Community Management
- Work with social and data teams to refine social media strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day community engagement and content scheduling.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, content strategy, or a related field.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with experience in creator or talent partnerships.
- Detail-oriented with experience in contract management and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with creator software tools and content moderation best practices.
- Comfortable leading livestream training and creator engagement sessions.
