- Press & Public Relation:
- Dealing with some part of enquiries from the public, press, and related organizations, along with Divisions PR. Cultivating strong relationships with journalists & influencers to ensure efficient communication and maximum coverage.
- Execute the PR plan and monitor spending (vs budget).
- Organize Divisions PR events/presentation.
- Coordinate with Marketing to arrange PR session in Marketing events.
- PR Agency management: Monitoring PR agency for 3 divisions competitors report & be responsible for monthly clipping submission & PR analysis for Global PR team.
- Press rack/tools/gift:
- Coordinate with Regional/Global team regarding press tools order & management.
- Manage all loaning & gifting for 3 divisions.
- Press trips: Support Division PR for flight & accommodation booking for guests.
- Work with external parties & internal finance & operation team for the contract & payment.
- Participate in the delivery of the emergency response strategy when required, (this may require working out of normal office hours)
- Ensure that all activity is carried out in full compliance with financial and administrative policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or another related field
Superb organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as remote systems such as SharePoint, MS Teams.
Required Competencies
Prior experience in a public relations role
Event planning & management skills
Well-developed time management skills and the ability to plan and manage work
Well-developed analytic, research and numeracy skills
