Directed to senior students of Psychology, Business administration or similar. We believe in empowering potential in young people through job rotation in main departments of the company, and training and feedback constant.

You will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a paid internship.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will provide support in administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition processes, networking, sourcing support, and recruitment processes.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Students of Psychology, Business administration or similar.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Previous hands-on experience in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Availability to do the internship with us for 1 year or six months.
  • Advanced English.

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.

  • Current student in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule (in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
  • Previous hands-on experience in Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Availability to complete a 6- or 12-month internship
