Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This position is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process, providing essential administrative support from offer stage through to new hire integration. The ideal candidate is a highly process-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Hiring Process Management:
- Coordinate and manage the collection of required documentation for new employee hiring.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring proper collection of signatures.
- Support the creation of employee files and keep information up to date.
Onboarding Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate pre-employment medical exams and other required check-ups.
- Manage logistics and preparation for the new employee's first day, including sending relevant information.
- Ensure all systems and access are ready for the new hire's arrival.
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain communication with candidates during the final stages of the selection process.
- Manage and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate in the preparation of reports and metrics related to the hiring process.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation across all processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, specifically in hiring and/or onboarding processes.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday or similar platforms.
Languages: Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or above), able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing.
