Roles and Responsibilities

• The Product Engineer supports the T901 Assembly manufacturing processes.
• The T901 Product Engineer ensures expectations on safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
• Address product non-conformances, MRB & PR, repairs, and design change requests.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with quality and design resources to support APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
• Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy 
• Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) + 3 years of experience in Manufacturing

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.

The base pay range for this position is $100,050-$115,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on February 13, 2026.
