The BPO Production Planning & Scheduling is responsible to drive global excellence in production planning and scheduling by designing, standardizing, and optimizing processes that align supply with demand, ensure product availability, and minimize production inefficiencies. 

Your key missions:

  • The BPO Production Planning & Scheduling is responsible to drive global excellence in production planning and scheduling by designing, standardizing, and optimizing processes that align supply with demand, ensure product availability, and minimize production inefficiencies. 

  • Ensure the completion of risk assessment, identification, and mitigation. 

  • Be a link with operational risk experts for identified operational risks within assigned perimeter. 

  • Ensure arbitration actions are done for identified subset of suppliers using Moody’s data 

  • Monthly performance reviews with RP Champions, affiliates and category teams as needed 

  • Ecovadis & Sedex campaign coordination for respective perimeter and for suppliers identified as risky
