We are looking for an HR-Admin Intern who will be a member of the People Team. This is the exclusive opportunity to be offered numerous training courses and hands-on experiences in the professional working environment.
What You’ll Do- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
- Conduct initial phone screenings (if applicable).
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Ensure completion of required documentation.
- Talent development:
- Help in the process of planning & executing training sessions for members.
- Coordinate logistics booking & attendance management.
- Join in some more processes with the paperwork assistance.
- Paperwork Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR-related correspondence.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Proceed HR documents/ paperwork/ payment,…
- Assist with benefits administration tasks (e.g., enrollment, changes).
- Office Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to other team members.
- Manage office supplies and equipment (EMS, stationeries, entrance cards,…).
- Support to manage office stakeholders.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance.
- Be alert of office security and sanitation.
- Internal activities:
- Be involved in brainstorming process with other teams (Creative, Communications,…) to come up with new ideas for office celebrations.
- Stay up-to-date on event timeline and execution.
- In charge of hosting and preparing events.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be pro-active, be you, and ready to have fun!
This person should be passionate about project management. He or she needs to:
- Acquire strong communication, initiative, and collaboration spirit, with the ability to work effectively with multi teams.
- No matter how, can-do spirit is a must.
- Be eager to learn & have the ability to detail the tasks that are handled.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- High English competency is a plus point.
- Be committed for up to 6 months would be an advantage. You will be fully trained and referred to any other official positions if vacant.
