The T&E CoE Analyst is part of Global Business Services (GBS) - Enterprise Services and is responsible for supporting global Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, including corporate card and cash payment processing. The role ensures financial accuracy, policy compliance, and operational excellence across multiple markets.
This position partners closely with Finance, Audit, Compliance, Procurement, and Market teams to manage payment execution, delinquency and reconciliation activities, audit support, system issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. As the T&E CoE is undergoing transformation, responsibilities for this role may evolve by up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Card & Payment Operations
- Process corporate card settlements and manual cash payment requests in accordance with company policies and defined timelines.
- Support market‑specific corporate card programs, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Resolve payment‑related issues by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead aging and delinquency processes, including reconciliations, stakeholder follow‑ups, and clearing of outstanding balances.
- Investigate and recover discrepancies identified through Intelligent Audit, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Manage and resolve Fuse / ServiceNow tickets related to corporate cards, Concur, and payment issues.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding balances, reconciliations, and transaction status.
- Act as a functional subject matter resource for SAP, Concur, ARIBA, and related finance systems.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Finance, Corporate Audit, Compliance, Procurement, GBS, and Market Finance teams.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with global, cross‑cultural stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and management as required.
- Participate in and support transformation initiatives within the T&E CoE.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and service quality enhancement.
- Support training activities, onboarding, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Clear Concur balances and corporate card obligations for employees exiting the organization, ensuring proper financial closure.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in shared services or multinational environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Portuguese and/or Mandarin desirable, based on business needs.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), O365, and Teams.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Experience with SAP, Concur, ARIBA, and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting audits, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to manage complex and high‑impact scenarios.
Physical Requirements
- Standard office‑based finance and accounting work environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the business.
