Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento General para realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en nuestras instalaciones. El candidato ideal será una persona versátil, con habilidades en diferentes áreas técnicas y comprometida con mantener las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones de funcionamiento y seguridad.

Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones eléctricas, hidráulicas, sanitarias y de gas. Ejecutar reparaciones menores de plomería, carpintería, herrería, pintura y albañilería según se requiera. Inspeccionar y dar mantenimiento a sistemas de iluminación, contactos, apagadores y tableros eléctricos básicos.

Atender reportes de fallas y averías en las instalaciones, proporcionando soluciones oportunas. Realizar reparación y mantenimiento de puertas, ventanas, cerraduras, cancelería y mobiliario en general. Apoyar en el mantenimiento de áreas comunes, jardines y exteriores cuando sea necesario.

Llevar control y registro de las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas. Reportar necesidades de materiales, herramientas o refacciones para las labores de mantenimiento. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y utilizar correctamente el equipo de protección personal.

Educación: Secundaria o preparatoria terminada. Cursos o capacitación en mantenimiento general (deseable).

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puesto similar realizando labores de mantenimiento general en edificios, oficinas, hoteles, escuelas o instalaciones comerciales.

• Instalaciones eléctricas básicas
• Plomería e instalaciones hidráulicas
• Albañilería y trabajos de construcción menores
• Carpintería básica
• Pintura y acabados
• Uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas

• Capacidad para resolver problemas prácticos
• Organización y responsabilidad
• Actitud de servicio
• Trabajo en equipo
• Disponibilidad y flexibilidad de horario
