🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formando parte del área de Producción DMS y reportando al Responsable de Mantenimiento, serás la persona encargada de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las líneas productivas mediante la ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y acciones de mejora continua.

🔎 Principales responsabilidades

Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en líneas DMS.
✅ Mantenimiento y reparación de instalaciones y equipos productivos.
✅ Ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo en líneas automatizadas.
✅ Implementación de mejoras para optimizar la eficiencia y fiabilidad de los equipos.
✅ Soporte técnico en la resolución de averías mecánicas, eléctricas y electrónicas.

👤 ¿Qué buscamos?

✔️ Grado Superior en Automatización y Robótica Industrial o formación similar.
✔️ Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en líneas de producción automáticas.
✔️ Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en el sector de automoción.
✔️ Conocimientos y experiencia en electrónica y entornos altamente automatizados.
✔️ Experiencia en:

  • Robots industriales y atornilladores.

  • Diagnóstico y resolución de averías.

  • Sistemas de verificación EOL (conexión, programación y funcionamiento).

  • Cámaras de visión.

  • Programación de PLCs.

  • Resolución de errores de máquina

⏰ Disponibilidad para trabajar en cuarto turno (3 semanas de mañana de Lunes a Sábado y una semana de descanso, 3 semanas de tarde de Lunes a Sábado y una de descanso , 3 semanas de noche de Domingo a Viernes y una de descanso...)

Skills Required

  • Higher Technician degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics or equivalent training
  • At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician on automated production lines
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge and experience in electronics and highly automated environments
  • Experience with industrial robots and screwdrivers
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns
  • Experience with EOL verification systems, including connection, programming, and operation
  • Experience with machine vision cameras
  • PLC programming experience
  • Availability to work the rotating fourth-shift schedule
