¿Tienes experiencia en la inyección de plástico y te apasiona liderar equipos en entornos industriales? En Magna buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Equipo de Inyección para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de nuestros procesos productivos y asegurar el suministro de piezas a nuestras líneas de montaje de retrovisores. 🚗


🔧 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?


✅ Organizar y coordinar diariamente al equipo de operarios y operarias y preparadores/preparadoras.

✅ Gestionar y supervisar los cambios de molde según la planificación de producción.

✅ Validar arranques de producción y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

✅ Resolver incidencias de proceso, averías de máquinas y problemas relacionados con moldes.

✅ Analizar y gestionar incidencias de calidad, asegurando una rápida respuesta ante cualquier desviación.

✅ Supervisar indicadores de producción y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias de turno.

✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y 5S.

✅ Participar en auditorías, pruebas de moldes y reuniones de seguimiento de calidad y productividad.

✅ Colaborar con los equipos de montaje para resolver incidencias y asegurar el flujo productivo.

✅ Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a:

  • 📈 Optimización de ciclos de producción.
  • ♻️ Reducción de scrap.
  • 🤖 Mejora de automatismos y robots.
  • 📊 Incremento de la productividad.
  • 💡 Mejora de procesos y organización.

👤 ¿Qué buscamos?


✔️FP II o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Mecánica, Fabricación Mecánica o similar.

✔️Valorable formación específica en Inyección de Plástico.

✔️ Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en procesos de inyección de plástico.

✔️ Experiencia liderando equipos de producción.

✔️ Capacidad para resolver incidencias técnicas y tomar decisiones en entornos productivos.


⏰ Disponibilidad para trabajar en cuarto turno (3 semanas de mañana de Lunes a Sábado y una semana de descanso, 3 semanas de tarde de Lunes a Sábado y una de descanso, 3 semanas de noche de Domingo a Viernes y una de descanso...)

Skills Required

  • FP II or Higher-Level Vocational Training qualification in Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Specific training in plastic injection
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in plastic injection processes
  • Experience leading production teams
  • Ability to resolve technical issues and make decisions in production environments
  • Availability to work the rotating fourth shift schedule
