Your Responsibilities- Support safe execution of Field Service activities at customer sites
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and legal requirements
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents and support corrective action implementation
- Monitor PPE compliance and critical risk control measures
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
- Collaborate with operations, contractors, and customer HSE teams
- Technical degree in Occupational Safety or related field
- Valid registration as Safety Technician according to local regulations
- Experience supporting field operations or industrial environments
- Knowledge of Brazilian HSE regulations and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently
- Experience with incident investigation and safety inspections
- Intermediate English skills preferred
