Como Técnico Electromecánico, serás responsable por garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y sistemas industriales, realizando labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, supervisando el estado de la maquinaria y asegurando que los procesos se desarrollen bajo estándares de seguridad y calidad. Además, participarás en la detección y solución de fallas, colaborando en la optimización de la eficiencia operativa y apoyando en la implementación de mejoras técnicas que contribuyan a la continuidad y confiabilidad de la producción.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Interpretación y lectura de diagramas eléctricos, de control, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
- Ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
- Operación y mantenimiento de tableros eléctricos de maquinaria.
- Gestión de cotizaciones de refacciones y servicios con alcances técnicos para un correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
- Cumplir con la NOM-059-SSA1 Buenas prácticas de fabricación de medicamentos y regulaciones sanitarias aplicables a su departamento.
- Aplicar las normas de seguridad aplicables LOTO, Análisis de riesgo, evaluaciones de riesgo.
- Manejo en módulo de mantenimiento de SAP
- Conoce y ejecuta actividades como la metodología LEAN para solución de problemas
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
- Carrera Técnica en mecatrónica, electromecánica, control y automatización.
- 2+ años de experiencia previa como ingeniero/técnico de soporte en procesos de acondicionamiento y manufactura en sector farmacéutico. (Indispensable experiencia en áreas de acondicionamiento y manufactura sólidos y líquidos.)
- Indispensable conocer ajustes en equipos de empaque y manufactura (ajustes y montajes de herramental para áreas de empaque)
- Conocimiento en elementos mecánicos de transmisión, carga, sincronización y seguridad y maquinaria. Transmisión por engranajes, cadenas, bandas. Control de movimiento y sincronización por levas mecánicas, embragues electromecánicos, electromagnéticos y ejes mecánicos y rodamientos.
- Conocimiento de electricidad de fuerza de baja tensión 440VAC. Principios de operaciones y mantenimiento de motores eléctricos VAC & DC. Lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y fases electromecánicas.
- Conocimiento de neumática de control que permita la lectura e interpretación de diagramas neumáticos y control en la secuencia de operación y funcionalidad de sistemas neumáticos de la maquinaria de procesos de manufactura y empaque.
- Nivel básico de office.
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Deseables
- Ingeniería Electrica, Electromecánico o afín. (Trunca o completada)
- Conocimientos de Metodología TPM.
- Conocimiento de la NOM-059
- Metodologías de solución de problemas (PS, 5 why´s, etc.)
- Conocimiento de ERP SAP o similar.
- Experiencia con equipos IMA, Fette, Bohle, Ulhman, Vector (Plus con blisteras C90s y enfajilladora MS500 de IMA)
Conocimiento en Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (BPD)
