Técnico de Qualidade responsável por realizar análises microbiológicas em insumos e produtos acabados, seguindo rigorosamente os planos de controle estabelecidos. O profissional atuará na gestão de lotes no sistema SAP, efetuando liberações ou bloqueios, além de registrar não conformidades, organizar amostras e padrões, assegurar a manutenção da infraestrutura do laboratório.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Realizar análises laboratoriais de microbiologia em insumos, produto acabado, água, monitoramento ambiental e preparo de meio de cultura, além de efetuar a liberação ou o bloqueio dos lotes no sistema SAP conforme plano de controle;
Garantir estoque de insumos e reagentes para andamento da rotina.
Registrar não conformidades e reportar desvios à gestão para tratativas e follow-up junto ao fornecedor/manufatura, caso haja irregularidades;
Segregar materiais reprovados em sua área de atuação;
Realizar controles diários para o bom funcionamento e conservação dos equipamentos e da infraestrutura dos laboratórios;
Reportar necessidades de manutenção corretiva de equipamentos.
Quais os requisitos:
Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos;
Conhecimentos de SAP e Pacote Office nível intermediário;
Conhecimento de conceitos de Qualidade (Boas práticas de fabricação, NQA/AQL, processos de controle em processo);
Conhecimento de ferramentas de Qualidade (Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, 5W2H);
Conhecimento básico em análises e rotina de laboratório de microbiologia.

Skills Required
- Availability to work shifts
- Knowledge of SAP
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of quality concepts, including Good Manufacturing Practices, NQA/AQL, and in-process control procedures
- Knowledge of quality tools, including Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and 5W2H
- Basic knowledge of microbiology analyses and laboratory routines
