Responsabilidades:
Instalar, testar, modificar, organizar, fazer passagem, terminação e certificação de cabeamento UTP, Fibra Óptica e Coaxial em infraestrutura horizontal, vertical e terminação entre racks em patch panels;
Instalar fisicamente servidores, roteadores e switches nos racks, além de toda a infraestrutura de calhas de cabeamento lógico, grades e racks;
Conduzir testes e resolução de incidentes junto a operadoras de telecomunicações e clientes de diversos seguimentos de negócio (T1, DS3, OC3-48, Eth, GigE, 10Gig);
Fazer troubleshoots de switches, multiplexadores, circuitos em conversores de mídia, monitorar fila de chamados e escalar os mesmos para o Grupo de Networking se necessário, fornecendo feedbacks ao cliente sobre o status do atendimento;
Instalar circuitos que necessitem terminação de fibra ótica avançada;
Verificar configurações de switches e roteadores em um primeiro atendimento;
Recepcionar visitantes e clientes e levá-los até o local descrito no chamado;
Realizar o cadastro e controle de equipamentos collocation;
Realizar a Recuperação de Desastres em servidores, roteadores e switches;
Garantir cumprimento das regras do datacenter.
Qualificações:
Ensino Médio Completo
Formação técnica na área.
Experiência anterior em ambiente de missão crítica/Data Center
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por escala 12x36 no período diurno das 6h às 18h em Santana de Parnaíba.
Conhecimentos em inglês será considerado como diferencial.
