As the Systems Test Engineer, you will validate system functionality through the definition of testing methodologies, execution of performance evaluations, and enforcement of quality assurance standards. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  •  Define testing methodologies to validate system functionality.
  • Execute performance evaluations and system assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Operate independently across multiple work areas.
  • Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management information systems, information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes.
  • Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
  • Experience supporting the federal government or DoD

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
  • Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations
  • Experience with Agile Software Development

Skills Required
