This function coordinates the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. Monitors environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. This function also includes those who operate and monitor computer and peripheral equipment. Documents all problems (hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as required. Understand the interactions between systems, the applications and services hosted and evaluate the impact of changes and additions
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Incident Management
- Proficient in ITIL processes, major incident lifecycle management, impact analysis, and prioritization
- Leadership & Coordination
- Skilled in war room management, rapid decision making, and stakeholder alignment during critical events
- Communication
- Demonstrated solid ability to deliver clear updates, manage crisis communication, prepare executive reports, and document RCA effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data Analysis
- Experience with trend analysis and creating dashboards for real-time metrics and operational visibility
- Cloud Resilience
- Knowledge of multi region failover strategies and API security/performance optimization
- AI/ML Applications
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance and automated insights using AI/ML tools
- Soft Skills
- Demonstrated solid in stress management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and demonstrating customer empathy
