Systems Integrity & Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose

The Systems Integrity & Reporting Analyst ensures standard processes for Consumer Global Logistics (GL) in the area of system integrity, data quality and performance reporting. The main responsibilities cover utilisation of tools and standards, Records Retention championship, enabling audit-readiness for GL, standard reports and dashboards generation across GL. 

Manage the processes, governance, and tools for data, dashboard, and reporting management within GL and working effectively with Logistics Partners and responsible groups. The role drives compliance and assists with measuring, tracking, reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  The Systems Integrity & Reporting Analyst uses data driven decision making and change management to achieve GL’s strategic goals and implement controls to ensure compliance and performance targets are met.

Salary: 1300 / monthly + (the candidate´s seniority will be reflected in the job offer) + annual bonus based on the company´s goal

Hire date: ASAP

Project based role: the position is filled for 1 year

Requirements for the employee

  • Educated to degree level or gained extensive experience in IT, Logistics or supply chain

  • Area: Continuous Improvement, Process Management and Design

  • English language – advanced

  • PC skills – advanced

  • Strong IT background

  • Ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources to determine root causes and remediation options

  • Operational Excellence experience (ADP, Lean Six Sigma certified)

  • Highly effective problem resolution skills

  • Interpersonal & communication skills with strong customer focus

  • Project management skills encompassing cross-functional, multi-discipline activities

  • Process development and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement in sustainable processes and systems

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results

  • Ability to influence at all levels and to lead a virtual team and set objectives to drive performance

  • Direct experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders

  • Able to negotiate and influence in a team environment
