Product and Technology Lead

As a Product and Technology Lead, you will be the single point of contact between GMS and R&D, providing expert technical guidance and ensuring the stability of manufacturing processes. You will represent GMS in the PPD process and support the site Technical Director after asset allocation. Your role will ensure comprehensive scientific and technical insight to drive business goals and maintain technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and motivates a team of Product and Process Engineers to support Product Lifecycle Management of products manufactured and packed on site.
  • Interfaces with Regional and Global teams, as well as other functions and colleagues in other regions, to develop and implement best practice across the team. 
  • Oversees process validation strategy and practices within the team, ensuring that Health Authority regulations are appropriately adhered, and a fit-for-purpose approach is embedded within the team.  Interacts with internal and external auditors to support site inspections
  • Manages team performance on investigation, deviation and CAPA support - coaches team to continuously improve on investigation robustness and speed and ensuring CAPAs are effective.
  • Ensures that all documentation and assigned activities within the team are performed in compliance with applicable regulations, corporate standards, market laws, and industry accepted practices.
  • Uses Performance Management process and day-to-day interactions with employees to create and implement development plans, provides coaching and gathers feedback on personnel performance, responsible for section’s overall performance

Salary: from 3000 ,- € / monthly (seniority of candidate will be reflected in salary offer) + annual bonus + 13th salary + other bonuses and benefits
