Prepare project design and technical documentation, develop and troubleshoot software, and lead testing and commissioning for building automation and low-voltage systems. Coordinate teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and customer representatives; resolve technical issues; provide installation and maintenance support; monitor project progress, safety, and reporting; pursue variation and retrofit opportunities; and perform emergency service duties.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare all the documentation for project design submission
- Review all the technical requirement from specification and provide technical solution
- Prepare all the software flowchart and perform software programming works, identify and remove any programming defects
- Lead the testing and commissioning works
- Co-ordinate and delegate duty to team members, labours and subcontractors for the project works
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to complete all the project works on time
- Analyze works problem symptoms and identify root cause(s) to resolve
- Liaise / co-ordinate with customer’ site coordinators, inspectors and engineers on job related issues and progress
- Prepare project documents, such as, progress report, meeting minutes, testing and commissioning reports to senior team members
- Review with the project manager / supervisor regularly on jobs progress
- Execute the procedures / guidelines established, to ensure a safety and healthy working environment is provided
- Seek business opportunities through pursuing variation orders and retrofit jobs
- Provide technical support to the installation personnel, commissioning and maintenance staff for carrying out the jobs
- Perform emergency service duty outside normal working hours
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Building Services or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years project experience
- Proven track record on project management with minimum 4 years experience
- Good knowledge with hands-on experience on Honeywell systems/products, such as, Building Control, Extra Low Voltage System or similar in the industry
- Experience in BMS, PLC, Tridium platform
- Experience in computer systems, such as, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Software Programming, Computer System Networking, etc
- Willing to perform emergency call duty outside normal working hours
- Good negotiation and co-ordination skills with customers and sub-contractors
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good communication - both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
- The ability to work under pressure
- A good team player
- Good safety awareness
- Willing to travel to Macau
Skills Required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of project experience
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience with a proven track record
- Hands-on experience with Honeywell systems and products, including Building Control or Extra Low Voltage Systems, or similar industry systems
