Responsibilities
- To be part of a team which specializes in Technical Proposal & Engineering support for Telecom and Industrial Security Systems.
- Manage multiple TSI projects simultaneously across different regions.
- Develop detailed engineering deliverables, system architectures, drawings, schematics, and design documentation.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), equipment layouts, network architectures, and interface diagrams. Perform engineering calculations, sizing, and system optimization.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and project requirements.
- Evaluate alternative technical solutions and vendor offerings solutions, discuss with various vendors and arrive at a solution that best fits the project requirement.
- Prepare technical proposals and recommend cost-effective solutions. Participate in technology evaluation, product approvals, and new solution development. Deliver engineering packages within approved schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Support procurement and integration of third-party systems. Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Configure, program, and commission complex systems. Conduct system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
- Support installation, startup, and handover activities at customer sites. Interface with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Resolve technical issues and clarify engineering requirements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Obtain customer approvals and project signoffs.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as NFPA, IEC, ATEX, SIL, and other industry regulations. Maintain engineering quality and safety requirements. Support audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Drive engineering best practices and process improvements. Mentor junior engineers and support team development. Share technical knowledge across global teams. Contribute to innovation, product evaluation, and solution standardization.

Should have minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Industrial projects – PAGA, Radio System, Networking, IP Telephones, Access Controls, CCTV, RADAR and Passive system hands on for Design and Engineering.
- ACS, CCTV and PAGA System in-depth Design and Engineering knowledge
- In addition to Radio skills additional knowledge on TSI designing systems like PIDS, RTLS, Entertainment System, CCTV, ACS, PAGA, Radar, SONAR etc., are added advantage
- Knowledge on Control room design and ATEX system are required
- Atleast 2-3 years of site commissioning experience of the Industrial Telecom & Security solutions with Radio System commissioning.
- Product certificates (Radio, Network), CCNA – added advantage

Education

Skills Required
- 10+ years hands-on experience in industrial telecom and security projects
- Design and engineering experience with PAGA, Radio Systems, Networking, IP Telephones, Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, RADAR, and Passive Systems
- In-depth design and engineering knowledge of ACS, CCTV and PAGA systems
- Knowledge of control room design and ATEX systems
- At least 2-3 years site commissioning experience of industrial telecom and security solutions including radio system commissioning
- Experience preparing BOMs, system architectures, drawings, schematics, engineering calculations, and design documentation
- Experience conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), system integration testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Electronics
- Familiarity with PIDS, RTLS, Entertainment Systems, SONAR and other TSI technologies
- Product certificates (radio, network) and CCNA
