What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality Level 2 and Level 3 support across a wide range of technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server, networking, Azure, Microsoft 365, and security tools.
- Provide after-hours support on a roster basis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
- Evaluate customer’s business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
- Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure and technical documentation.
- Advise on the design and implementation of high-quality technical solutions and other projects.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence and demonstrates new ways of working

- Collaboration and video conferencing solutions like Teams, and ancillary systems like Poly, Neat and Zoom
- Working knowledge of competitor solutions in the above IT platforms
- Email security and archive technologies (Office 365 ATP/EOP, Datto, Avepoint).
Microsoft SCCM & Intune Modern Management Experience
- SCCM / Intune platform maintenance background.
- Security configurations ability.
- Ensuring all OS / application patching is up to date.
- Overseeing lifecycle updates and deployments of OS / applications.
- Platform change activity.

Skills Required
- Must be a resident or citizen of New Zealand
- Experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 support
