OverviewAs a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying, integrating, and supporting telecommunication platforms across lab, staging, and production environments. This role is focused on the management of Linux-based telecommunication services, ensuring reliable delivery and performance of high-availability platforms. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate Linux-based platforms supporting telecommunications services across distributed environments
- Validate end-to-end system functionality across lab, UAT, and production environments
- Analyze system performance, resource utilization, and service behavior
- Perform log analysis and debugging to isolate service and network issues
- Monitor and troubleshoot IP traffic flows, including SIP/RTP signaling paths
- Investigate traffic anomalies, session handling issues, and load distribution behavior
- Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning across network and application layers
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning application, system, and network layers
- Provide escalation support for production-impacting events
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent problem recurrence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, Linux administration, or telecom service engineering
- Strong Linux skills (system administration, troubleshooting, command line tools)
- Strong understanding of IP networking
- Experience troubleshooting across application, system, and network layers
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Understanding of high availability and distributed system environments

- Strong English speaking and writings kills
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Participation in rotational on-call support required
- Scripting experience preferred (Bash, Python)
- Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred
