About the Role
Systems Engineer role is an opportunity for a technical individual with an interest in a fast-paced technical global IT landscape, including corporate, production, infrastructures. This role supports the global IT corporate and production teams.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot global helpdesk tickets seeing them to resolution or escalation when necessary
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
- Multi facility support
- Out of hours/on-call/shift work required
- Check workability and flag to PMs what files are late with no warning (which become urgent at that moment)

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues
- Windows, Linux, MacOS experience desired
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
