Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Systems Management
· Design, implement, maintain, and support Windows server environments and related infrastructure.
· Manage virtualization platforms, storage systems, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
· Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and security.
· Perform system upgrades, patch management, and technology refresh initiatives.
· Ensure high availability and business continuity of critical systems.
Network Administration
· Manage LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity.
· Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement corrective measures.
· Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
· Support multi-site connectivity and remote access solutions.
Production & Print Technology Support
· Support production-related technologies including print management systems, RIP software, production workflows, and manufacturing equipment interfaces.
· Collaborate with production, prepress, and operations teams to optimize system performance and workflow efficiencies.
· Assist in troubleshooting technology issues that impact manufacturing output and production schedules.
· Support integrations between business systems and production equipment.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
· Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and best practices.
· Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities.
· Manage endpoint protection, user access controls, and security audits.
· Participate in incident response activities and remediation efforts.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Cloud & Enterprise Applications
· Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based services.
· Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and related technologies.
· Assist with enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
· Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
User Support & Collaboration
· Serve as a Tier III escalation resource for complex technical issues.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to IT staff.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
· Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology solutions that improve business efficiency.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
· 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or infrastructure support.
· Experience supporting manufacturing, printing, or production environments preferred.
· Experience with Microsoft server technologies, virtualization, and cloud services.

· VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.

· PowerShell scripting and automation preferred.
· SQL database knowledge preferred.
· Experience with ERP, MIS, or print management systems is a plus.

Physical demands:
· Candidate must be able to commute within their metro area and travel in the United States as needed
