The Opportunity:
Support the EX PMO in the development of proof-of-concept solutions in Powershell
They shall provide subject matter expertise in designing cloud and hybrid solutions that run on Microsoft Azure, including compute, network, storage, monitoring and security.
They shall provide support in the development and maintenance of the EX internal and external IC-facing website.
They shall provide ISSO support across all SSP on the program.
They shall provide IT Help Desk Support problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
Should have a strong knowledge on on-prem Active Directory
Responsibilities:
Support the EX PMO in the development of proof-of-concept solution in Java to synchronize a user’s on-prem authorization attributes to Azure Active Directory as customer security attributes.
They shall provide subject matter expertise in designing cloud and hybrid solutions that run on Microsoft Azure, including compute, network, storage, monitoring and security.
Design high-level powershell scripts to perform complex operations across environments.
They shall provide support in the development and maintenance of the EX internal and external IC-facing website.
They shall provide ISSO support across all SSP on the program.
Qualifications:
Required:
Familiar with Data Governance and Data Stewardship
Experience with improving Enterprise IT data quality, usability and interoperability
Understanding of data stores and dataflow
Programmatic support to include WBS, IMS
Microsoft 365 IT Administration migrations, services and sustainment
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) IT Administration
IT Incident Management
Software Development (Powershell )
Information System Security
Education and Experience:
14 years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
