- Provide Level 1 support to the Cloud Operations Center
- Perform periodic reviews of SOP documents
- Understand and monitor various nodes in the customers
environment using monitoring applications
- Alert and assign the tickets in the ticketing system to the
correct owners
- Ticket follow up to closure
- Ensure tickets are profiled correctly and status are set
- All
the Information Security measures to be prioritized, comprehended, implemented
and enforced as per the company Information Security Policy
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
- Should have
Installation, Administration & Troubleshooting experience in :
- Operating Systems - Linux, Windows Server
- Good understanding of concepts like Routing, Disaster
Recover, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
- Core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, Active
Directory(AD), LDAP.
- Should be able to work in shifts
- Should be able to perform basic analytics on tickets
- Should be willing to engage with the customer on a regular
basis
- One of the following educational background:
- Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Electronics (B.Sc. /
B.E.)
- Bachelor of Computer Applications
(BCA)
- Masters of Computer Applications (MCA)
- Cloud Certifications AWS, GCP or Azure
