Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure our users are working as effectively and efficiently as possible by delivering first-class IT services. As a Systems Engineer III, you will support the implementation and ongoing support of enterprise technology solutions across the organization. This includes complex system deployments, upgrades, daily administration, monitoring, and system documentation.
Accountabilities:
- Assist Enterprise Engineering Leads with the execution and successful delivery of the EUC roadmap.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide 3rd line support to internal squads.
- Share knowledge and foster team development by hosting lunch-and-learn sessions, mentoring peers, and driving a shift-left culture within the team.
- Deliver business-critical support to internal customers, ensuring SLA adherence and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with squad leads and engineering leads to deliver key infrastructure projects.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting OCC/NOC escalations and providing after-hours support as needed.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, providing updates and input on technical initiatives.
- Occasional travel and off-hours work may be required based on project timelines and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 5+ years' experience in systems/infrastructure engineering,
- Demonstrated experience administering enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory) and public cloud (AWS and/or Azure) at scale.
- Experience supporting business critical, 24/7 environments, including on-call/escalation rotations.
- Experience acting as a point of technical escalation and/or mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
