Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop architectures for clients

• Documents system changes and enhancements for quality assurance

• Builds, deploys, monitors, analyzes and manages applications

• Manages the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the ERP system

• Works collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

• Provides end user training and assists clients with day-to-day issues, problems and questions

• Collaborates with developers, integrators, project managers, and business partners for system enhancements and upgrades

• Provides guidance for system changes and enhancements

• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for internal systems and processes

• Work with technical teams to diagnose and correct program issues

• Manage projects through to completion.

• Manage work through Agile tools/methodology, collaborative repositories, issue tracking platforms, and wikis.

• Support critical production systems to ensure stability, uptime and performance.

• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and techniques

• Develop team members by providing coaching and process guidance.

• Create and uphold technology standards, processes, and audit methodologies.

• Obtain one (1) certification in area of technical expertise per year

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in systems engineering with enterprise clients in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm.

• Strong server and networking knowledge (Windows/Azure management), automation, Microsoft SQL Databases, IIS, .NET-based web applications, and programming skills in C#, PowerShell, and other .NET technologies.

• Current Microsoft IT certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, or MCTS.

• Excellent customer service skills, organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills for troubleshooting networking issues, database issues, and application performance using tools like Visual Studio, SQL Profiler, and browser debuggers.

• Passion for technology, lifelong learning, and professional development, with experience working with enterprise customers and Microsoft or other cloud solutions.

• Experience with AX/D365FO architecture, system engineering, and deployments preferred.
