DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Infrastructure Services team members providing senior level instruction and guidance of activities, tasks, and ensuring that work/team projects are being executed in accordance with DTO priorities, DIS compliance requirements, and customer service standards. Act as senior level internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent, ensuring all changes follow DTO change management procedures. Work with system support teams to support and upgrade products.
Perform senior level analysis of and provide direction in the configuration, implementation and support of all virtual and physical servers, MS Active Directory, McAfee EPO, Enterprise Storage, and Enterprise Backup services for the Division of State Information Technology and its customers, ensuring supported, secure levels are maintained, to include the preparation and presentation of customer proposals as related to service offerings.
Develop standards and procedures which promote component reuse across agency. Ensure the implementation and execution of procedures, processes and policies for all technical activities within the Infrastructure Services team. Ensure by personal example, professional knowledge and regular review of both his/her own activities, whether on-site or working remotely, that daily operations, procedures and processes conform to and are compliant with DTO standards and policies, and all appropriate statutory/regulatory requirements. In particular, all operations, procedures and processes will properly secure data, applications, and communications conforming specifically to DTO security standards, policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in communications, business administration, computer science, management information science, or a related field, and six years of proven hands on experience with enterprise information technology architecture including, but not limited to, planning, development, implementation and governance of technologies & services for an enterprise class service provider.
