Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and production-floor equipment (industrial PCs, scanners, label printers, HMIs, etc.).
- Monitor and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on LAN/WAN networks, data terminals, and plant IoT devices.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, manufacturing applications (ERP/MES), and peripherals.
- Track service tickets, document solutions, and communicate with vendors in basic technical English when required.
- Support testing and start-up of new production lines and assist during unplanned downtime.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, spare parts, and licenses.
- Escalate critical incidents to higher-level support or external providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, industrial networks, Office 365, industrial printers, and ERP/MES systems.
- Basic technical English (reading manuals and written communication).
- Availability for rotating shifts (morning and night) and weekend on-call duty (Occasionally).
