Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities on the program.
RequirementsSecurity Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
- A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
- A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
- Competent with all manner of hand tools to include power tools
- Competent with RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite of applications to include Visio, Excel and Word
- Should have working knowledge of Linux
- Experience performing site surveys and / or planning and executing system installations
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or lead small team projects
- Able to travel OCONUS, CONUS for up to 3-4 weeks at a time
- Experience troubleshooting networks, hardware and software configurations
- Ability to think on the fly and adapt to unexpected challenges
- Familiarity with system design and testing
- Familiarity with customer GOTs software capabilities

- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
- Up to 20% 401k contribution (No Matching Required and Vested from Day 1)
