Systems Engagement Senior Specialist
100% Remote within California, Must reside in California
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
Leads digital systems onboarding and provides ongoing enablement to help new and existing employees successfully adopt and use core workplace technologies. Provides internal customer‑success‑style support to ensure sustained system adoption, user confidence, and long-term impact on systems, policies, and programs.
Conducts structured feedback collection and delivers training sessions, workshops, resource materials, digital tutorials, and actionable documentation.
May assume project coordination, and coordinates post-launch reinforcement activities.
Attributes for Success
3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.
Relevant degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience, including roles in enablement, digital adoption, training, customer success, or systems support.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
