JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive the development of simplified, automated Customer Development (CD) systems and reporting solutions that enable better decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth across South Central Europe. The position plays a key role in strengthening reporting capabilities, improving data quality, and ensuring seamless adoption of digital tools across categories and markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the continuous improvement of Customer Development systems and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage and maintain business-critical databases and reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of automated CD systems to support business continuity and scalability.
- Own and develop Power BI reporting solutions, transforming data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions.
- Standardize reporting methodologies and promote best practices across countries and business categories.
- Design and develop new business reports and dashboards that address emerging commercial and operational needs.
- Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement process improvements.
- Support cross-functional projects involving data management, reporting automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure reporting tools effectively support decision-making and strategic objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, database administration, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience managing projects from initiation through implementation while meeting deadlines and tracking progress.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Customer Development, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or FMCG reporting environments.
- Knowledge of reporting automation, business intelligence tools, and data visualization best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced international environment while balancing multiple priorities.
