Summary:Monday to Friday, full-time — Remote **Must reside in Arkansas**

Additional Information:

Serves as a mid-level analytics professional who applies advanced knowledge to deliver high-quality analytics and insights across clinical, financial, and operational domains. Demonstrates autonomy in problem-solving, technical proficiency, and the ability to optimize analytics processes to support patient care, finance, operations and research.

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to four (4) years of the following experience:

  • Experience working with healthcare or business intelligence data

  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling

  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or other equivalent reporting and visualization tools

  • Experience creating effective dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions using data views, spreadsheets, and structured datasets

  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) experience (strongly preferred)

  • Experience with deployment pipelines and Microsoft Fabric or similar modern analytics environments (strongly preferred)

  • Experience working collaboratively with operational leaders, clinicians, researchers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

  • Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights

  • Experience with data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, report optimization, dashboard development, and metadata maintenance

  • Familiarity with enterprise analytics standards and governance practices

  • Experience managing multiple assignments while adapting to evolving priorities

  • Participation in testing, quality assurance, and change management processes

  • Experience contributing to team collaboration, user education, and organizational data transparency initiatives

Required Education:High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Description

1. Works closely with users to deliver stable, reliable, and optimized analytics solutions.
2. Independently leads analytics projects and components, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
3. Serves as an advanced resource for system analytics, performing complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
4. Conducts rigorous testing of new functionalities and upgrades, validating data integrity and performance before implementation.
5. Maintains system, project, and compliance documentation in alignment with HOPAA and organizational data governance standards.
6. Provides guidance andmentorship to junior analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
7. Coordinates and implements change control processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability of analytics systems.
8. Oversees dashboards, reports, and metadata accuracy through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
9. Applies knowledge of clinical, financial, and operational workflows to design data-driven solutions for cross-functional initiatives and audits.

10. Collaborates with trainers and end users to enhance training materials, promote adoption of analytics tools, and support organizational goals.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the position.
