Systems Analyst/Consultant – Workday Integration (Collaborative Solutions, LLC – Teaneck, NJ); Multiple positions available. Analyze science, engineering, business and other data problems related to the provision of core IT applications and/or consulting support specific to Workday cloud-based software applications, which may incl. financial management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM). May support business and technical teams to design strategies and solve complex inter-system problems. May develop SaaS, SOA, and/ or web services. May coordinate and consult with teams of integration developers and work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and customize software. May support preparation of technical or techno-functional specifications with ERM implementation. May create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. May develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements. May facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform. May track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders. May lead and coordinate professionals involved in delivery of products and services. May mentor and/ or train new IT professionals and/or serve as lead for certain assignments.
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a computer-related field of study, sciences, technology, engineering, math, business or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in a technology related role. Must also have experience in Workday software and Platform integration; technical or techno-functional ERM implementation; and use of at least one web service technologies. Position based in Teaneck, NJ at 300 Frank W. Burr Boulevard, Suite 36, 6th Floor, Teaneck, NJ 07666. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Requires substantial long and/or short-term travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Certain travel and/or expenses, depending on assignment, paid by employer.
The annual salary for this position is $105,019 USD per year. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $86,085 - $129,127 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
