Location: Dearborn, MI (hybrid)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to immediately engage on a new initiative at client to onboard new clients to an existing core system. This person will need to be a self-start and client facing with the ability to interface with business and technical resources alike. The person will be responsible for documenting the business requirements and mapping them to the existing specifications, shepherding the data through change control reviews and maintaining documentation as needed. When the project transitions to implementation, the person will validate data accuracy at each stage of the process and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The person will also develop and execute detailed test plans and coordinate testing efforts internally and with partners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze gathered requirements to identify dependencies, potential conflicts, and areas for optimization.
- Develop documentation including detailed specifications for data mapping and transformation, API specifications, workflow diagrams.
- Review reporting and dashboards with respective teams to ensure the overall requirements have been met.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and coordinate testing efforts internally and with partners.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- 5+ year's experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Technology, Digital Media, Digital Business, Creative Production, E-Commerce, or relevant field desired
- Must be a systems thinker - able to connect dots across multiple workstreams
- Client facing and able to develop business and technical specifications.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation of all data governance and legal reviews.
- Provide clear and actionable insights into data performance through effective reporting and dashboards.
