We’re looking for an organized and proactive HRTS System Analyst II to join our HR Technology Services team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our Workday system, especially when it comes to leading foundational data life-cycle, system security, and audit tasks.
You’ll work closely with multiple teams, support enterprise-wide project, help explain technical issues in simple terms, share your expertise with junior team members, and keep projects on track. If you enjoy working with systems, solving problems, and helping people, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement the Workday foundational data life-cycle (e.g., business structure hierarchies, locations, job profiles, companies, cost centers). Ensure timely and accurate creation, updates, inactivation, and resolution of issues through a tiered ticketing system.
- Colaborate with diverse tems to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Resolve issues and provide system support across all Workday modules to maintain optimal system performance and user experience.
- Handle security access across various Workday tenants, ensuring proper governance and user access control.
- Conduct audits (corporate SOX, internal HRTS, monthly) to ensure compliance, proactively addressing findings and supporting remediation efforts.
- Balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
- Document and maintain SOPs and training materials for both existing and new Workday features, and develop and deliver training content aligned with business needs.
- Act as a mentor and resource for internal teams.
- Continuously propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Deliver concise, impactful updates to partners, including senior leadership. Prepare status reports, identify dependencies, and communicate progress effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Phenomenal interpersonal communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot problems early. .
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and able to learn new systems and processes independently.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of meaningful experience in system support with Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field).
- Workday Pro certification is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and foundational data elements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
