About Aladdin and Aladdin Engineering Aladdin is BlackRock’s investment operating system, used internally and by external financial institutions. It integrates risk analytics, portfolio management, trading, and operations tools into a single platform. Aladdin Engineering builds the next generation of technology that connects data, people, and processes across global investment firms. Our tools manage trillions in assets and support millions of financial instruments, performing risk calculations and processing transactions for thousands of users daily. We are looking for a Cloud-Native distributed containerized microservice orchestration Associate DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud-Native distributed containerized microservice orchestration administration and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Cloud-Native distributed containerized microservice orchestration clusters for high availability, scalability, and security. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for provisioning cloud resources. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis. Document configurations, processes, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with Cloud-Native distributed containerized microservice orchestration administration. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for provisioning cloud resources for infrastructure as code. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP. Familiarity with Open Container Initiative (OCI) container packaging and runtime and Helm. Solid understanding of networking, monitoring, and logging in cloud-native environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Learning Opportunities Certifications: CKA/CKAD, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, or similar tools. Exposure to security and compliance frameworks. Educational Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent engineering degree from a reputed university. 4–8 years of proven experience.Our benefits

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
