Compensation Range

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to provide critical support on a wide variety of applications and to provide essential data analysis and reports that are crucial to making smart business decisions.

Essential Functions

• Serve as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to business needs  

• Utilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports  

• Collect data and update systems information via manual input or upload  

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs  

• Document business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies  

• Provide support, consultation and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems

• Design SharePoint site as required in support of department initiatives 

• Offer customer support by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide sales support by assisting the sales team with technical inquiries, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Intermediate computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business Objects

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 1+ years financial services experience required

• SIE, Series 52, 7, and 63 registration required, or ability to obtain within a determined time frame from hire date

 *Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $26.70 to $40.85 per hour.
