We are looking for a System Administrator to be responsible for VMware vSphere installation, configuration, and management. This position will be full-time and onsite in Fort Meyers, FL.
What You'll Do
VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter Server) - installation, configuration, and management
SAN and traditional storage management
Virtual machine provisioning, templates, and lifecycle management
Performance monitoring and capacity planning
Storage: SAN/NAS technologies (Dell EMC, Pure Storage, etc.)
Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, load balancing (F5)
Backup/Recovery: Veeam
Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux administration
What You'll Need
Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Experience with monitoring tools
Knowledge of security best practices and hardening procedures
Patch management and upgrade planning experience
Documentation skills for procedures and infrastructure diagrams
Technical Skills - Core VMware
Scripting: PowerShell, Ansible experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$60,000 - $66,0000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
