In this role, you will own and execute device management, employee IT onboarding and offboarding, access control, and internal systems support. You’ll work closely with People, Security, Finance, and team leads to ensure every employee has the right setup from day one, and that systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow.

- Set up, configure, and deploy devices for new hires across locations.
- Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, retrieval, and access changes.
- Maintain device inventory, lifecycle tracking, repairs, replacements, and decommissioning.
- Manage user access across internal tools and systems, ensuring the right access at the right time.
- Enforce security best practices including password policies, device encryption, and access controls.
- Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Troubleshoot device, network, and system issues and coordinate with vendors where needed.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for IT processes, onboarding checklists, and system usage.
- Partner with the People team to ensure smooth joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Support audits, security reviews, and compliance requirements related to systems and devices.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and improve IT and device workflows.
- Manage IT-related vendors, warranties, services, and service providers.
- Provide regular updates and insights on system health, risks, and improvement opportunities.
You’re a strong fit for the role if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or device management.
- Have hands-on experience setting up and managing network systems and device/access controls at scale.
- Are comfortable supporting employees across different teams and levels.
- Have solid working knowledge of IP networking (routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and can diagnose and resolve network issues)
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy building structure, documentation, and repeatable processes from scratch.
- Are detail-oriented and security-conscious.
- Are great at managing multiple requests and priorities without dropping the ball.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership and enjoy keeping systems running smoothly.
