Abonmarche is seeking a Systems Administrator in our South Bend, IN office.
Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator will support and administer Abonmarche's information technology environment, including Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, endpoint management, network infrastructure, enterprise file services, business applications, and end-user technology. This position will work closely with the IT Operations Director to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organization. The ideal candidate will have broad, hands-on IT experience with particular emphasis on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Teams, Windows endpoint administration, and general systems support.
Responsibilities:
· Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, user accounts, groups, licensing, and related services.
· Assist with identity and access management, including account provisioning and deprovisioning, group membership, permissions, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access.
· Administer and support Windows workstations and laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
· Configure and maintain endpoint policies, application deployments, security configurations, device enrollment, workstation provisioning, software updates, and application lifecycle management.
· Support Microsoft Teams, including user configuration, collaboration features, Teams Rooms, and related Microsoft 365 integrations.
· Support, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, VLANs, and SD-WAN.
· Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and general network connectivity issues.
· Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for workstation, application, Microsoft 365, network, and infrastructure issues.
· Administer and support engineering and business applications, including installation, upgrades, licensing, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
· Assist with administration and deployment of Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and related products.
· Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration in a hybrid identity environment.
· Support servers, virtualization platforms, enterprise file services, backup systems, and other infrastructure as assigned.
· Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability remediation, security updates, and organizational security standards.
· Maintain accurate technical documentation, inventories, configuration records, procedures, and IT service documentation.
· Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, hardware preparation, software provisioning, access changes, and equipment recovery.
· Provide technical assistance and training to employees as needed.
· Coordinate with managed service providers, software vendors, hardware vendors, and other technology partners when appropriate.
· Assist the IT Operations Director with infrastructure projects, technology deployments, system upgrades, and other IT initiatives.
· Travel to Abonmarche offices as necessary and participate in occasional after-hours maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
· Stay current with relevant technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, security, efficiency, and the employee technology experience.
Education:
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Relevant professional experience may be substituted for formal education.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
· Relevant Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Cisco Meraki, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA certifications are desirable but not required.
· Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of certifications.
Work Experience/Qualifications:
· 3+ years of professional information technology experience.
· Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
· Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
· Experience administering Microsoft Intune and deploying Windows devices through Windows Autopilot.
· Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations in an enterprise environment.
· Experience supporting Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and the Meraki Dashboard.
· Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
· Experience with Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft identity environments.
· Experience deploying, updating, and troubleshooting business applications.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work through unfamiliar technical problems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
· Strong documentation and organizational skills.
· Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and applications.
Highly Desirable Experience:
· Administration and deployment of Autodesk products, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
· Supporting CAD, BIM, GIS, engineering, architecture, or design applications, including software licensing and deployment.
· Administering or supporting Nasuni cloud file services, including Nasuni Edge Appliances, snapshots, file recovery, and general troubleshooting.
· Supporting enterprise cloud or hybrid file storage platforms.
· Microsoft Teams Rooms administration and support.
· PowerShell scripting and automation.
· Microsoft Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication administration.
· Hyper-V or VMware virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
