 Support cybersecurity tools and processes including endpoint security, email security, MFA, vulnerability
remediation, security alerts, and incident response coordination.
 Perform root-cause analysis using logs, monitoring tools, vendor resources, and structured troubleshooting
methods.
 Assist with technical planning, architecture, and implementation of infrastructure improvements, migrations,
upgrades, and security initiatives.
 Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support partners to resolve issues and maintain effective
service delivery.
 Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, asset information, and administrative
records.
 Support compliance, audit, and security review activities by gathering evidence, improving controls, and
remediating identified gaps.
