The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator II to perform system administration functions in support of a critical mission based in Fort Meade, MD. This role provides the opportunity to support enterprise infrastructure, enhance system reliability, and contribute to secure, mission focused operations. Responsibilities:
• Perform system administration functions.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
• Monitoring and patching/upgrades to standard networking resources (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitoring and patching/upgrades to servers and VM hardware.
• Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.
• Support documentation of non-applicable controls.
• Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.
• Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.
• Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.
• Document inventory changes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years).
• Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
• VM experience.
• Security+ cert.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 7 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• 3 years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100Skills Required

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required to start
