What you'll do at Jamf:
The Systems Administrator II, ServiceNow is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Admin II is an integral member of the Enterprise Applications team, assessing the business needs and providing technical delivery to our overall system needs. They administer the ServiceNow platform to support identified business units at Jamf. They are responsible for improving and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by gathering requirements, implementing custom and out of the box functionality, designing scalable best practice solutions, and helping implement the product roadmap.
As part of an agile scrum team, the ServiceNow Admin II will work closely to refine and prioritize user stories, and work with the team and other technical contributors to support feature delivery and help Jamf achieve its business objectives. They will be a subject matter expert for specific areas of the platform, working closely with business stakeholders to drive system efficiency and standardization across the platform. They will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day incidents and troubleshooting with the platform.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage the incident queue within ServiceNow and ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve issues
- Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using ServiceNow Studio and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)
- Direct and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime
- Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage
- Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and tickets in alignment with ITIL processes
- Configure and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Ensure platform compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support datadriven decision-making
- Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing ongoing review and creation of technical documentation
- Partner with solution architects and business analyst to support requirements refinement
- Ability to successfully manage change and navigate positively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Partner with other administrators or system owners within Jamf to support scalability and growth of enterprise platforms
What we are looking for:
- 3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role (Required)
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops) (Required)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow (Required)
- Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Preferred) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Working knowledge of Jira or similar system (Preferred)
- Mentor other specialists: drive and enforce standards, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and constantly complete time sensitive tasks
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) (Required)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification (Required)
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (Implementation or management of modules) (Required)
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
