- Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning technologies, ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize platform settings, user roles, permissions, governance standards, and data integrity processes.
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of learning programs, workflows, automations, and platform capabilities aligned with business objectives.
- Manage system integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity management solutions to support seamless user access.
- Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Work Location & Schedule Requirements
- This is a US Based home-based position and is not tied to a corporate office location.
- The role supports a global user base and cross-functional teams across multiple regions. As a result, the successful candidate must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours, with occasional flexibility required to support global stakeholders and business needs.
