IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Systems Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE contract role. Job Description• Triage and support the commercial off the shelf products currently in place at DES, primarily manufactured by CA (75%) • Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting information related (15%) • Work with the product vendor to resolve software issues (10%) • Advanced experience with Windows Server 2003 and higher • Intermediate experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and higher (2-3 years) • Beginner experience with MySQL and ITIL (1 year) • Advanced experience with CA Service Desk, SOI, Spectrum, EHealth, MS Systems Center, Operations Manager (SCOM) and Configuration Manager (3-5 years) • Intermediate experience with Unix applications (2-3 years).
