Captivation Software is looking for a mid level Linux Systems Administrator who will be assisting with daily responsibilities on the program.
RequirementsSecurity Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
- Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- System Administration experience with CentOS 7, Rocky 9, and RHEL 9
- Upgrading servers, workstations, laptops
- Experience with the Customer Secure the Enterprise (STE) tasks
- Experience with the Customer data transfer process
- Hardware installation experience (servers/workstations)
- Linux
- Task Automation
- Ansible experience
- PXE boot
- Building VMs using Proxmox
- Identity Manager (IDM) experience
- Integration of IDM with a CentOS LDAP server
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator
- Experience trouble shooting and configuring Transport Layer Security (TLS)
- Windows 10/11 administration
- Linux networking experience

- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
- Up to 20% 401k contribution (No Matching Required and Vested from Day 1)

Skills Required
