We are an international and multidisciplinary team providing infrastructure as code to run effectively on the public cloud our client SaaS product implementations lifecycle.

As we expand our customer SaaS deployments, we are currently seeking experienced site reliability engineers (SREs) bringing fresh ideas, demonstrating a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoying collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop reliable real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction.

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Administrator with strong experience in administering and optimizing enterprise middleware platforms. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security of middleware environments supporting critical business applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in application servers such as JBoss and Apache Tomcat, along with strong Linux administration and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware platforms and application servers.
• Administer and support technologies such as JBoss, Apache Tomcat, RSD, Zena, Airlock Application Server, and related components.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across environments.
• Configure and manage clustering, load balancing, and high availability (HA) setups.
• Perform middleware patching, upgrades, and implement security hardening practices.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance; proactively resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Analyze application and JVM performance using thread dumps, heap dumps, and tuning techniques.
• Manage SSL certificates, user access controls, and security configurations.
• Automate routine operational tasks using Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, and network teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support production operations, disaster recovery (DR), and migration activities.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on 5+ experience with JBoss, Apache Tomcat, Nginx ,WILDFLY.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience in application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of JVM tuning, garbage collection, thread analysis, and heap analysis.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts: HTTP/S, DNS, LDAP,REST,SOAP, TLS/SSL,TCP/IP.
• Experience with Python, Shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., JIRA).
• Troubleshooting skills, Logs, thread dumps, Heep, JVM issues, CPU Memory , connectivity.
• Security Certificates-KEYSTORES, TRUST STORES, Authentication, LDAP/OWASP.
• Containerization tools- Docker ,Kubernetes.

Professional Skills

• Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset with focus on reliability, stability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of  Github, Gitops.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in middleware, cloud, or Linux administration are an advantage.
